I am trying to decide which service to use for our upcoming trip. Any help would be appreciated.

We've used Garden Grocer twice now with absolutely no problems.

Haven't used either, but I really like the GardenGrocer concept better. I am planning to use it in October (if I don't change my mind and rent a car. I like having the car.)

I liked the format of gardengrocer better than wegoshop. However after reading a post about the service of gardengrocer, and gardengrocer's reply, I decided to use wegoshop. I had a few questions to ask and Marg was very helpful. I will be using them in Nov. This will be my first time using a service.

I agree completely. I would never patronize a company with such a snotty attitude toward their customers. At a minimum, I'd expect them to have enough common sense not to send an email like that one!

Thank you for the responses so far. The recent problems with gardengrocer is what concerned me. I had been all set to use them, because I also like the format better, but after reading a thread about a recent issue I wasn't so sure.
