Are pets normally put in the ground floor rooms or all over the hotel at Portofino Bay?

We have a Garden room reserved but have asked for a non-smoking/non pet friendly room because of the family having asthma. Are Garden Rooms on the ground floor?

I believe that there are garden rooms on all floors of the resort. You should add a request for a non-pet-friendly room to your room reservation as the #1 criteria and then whatever other parameters are important to you.

We did ask for a non-pet friendly room. However, we wouldn't mind having a ground floor room as I hear they have a patio in which we can walk back and forth via the patio door instead of through the hallway. I just want to make sure there are rooms on the ground that ARE NOT pet friendly.
