What is the difference between a garden suite at BWI and a 2bdrm villa at BWV? Would it be cheaper to rent points for the villa or to book a garden suite. It is for 4 adults and 2 children in May 2006.

A 2 bedroom has a full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms (king, queen, pullout) plus a pullout in the living room, the garden suite has 1 bedroom (king) plus a pullout downstairs. 3 TV's in a 2 bedroom vs 2 in a garden suite.

I think a garden suite is only for 4 people (2 in king, 2 in pullout), a 2 bedroom is for up to 8.

I agree. Get the villa. A DVC member will be able to rent it in June. If you book it early enough they'll be able to book a Boardwalk View. The Garden Suites are cute, but they are too small for your family.

This villa will offer a LOT more space, privacy, and family oriented amenities.

The Garden Suites are really more geared for a romantic getaway for a couple.
