Garden share

I went to my garden share over the weekend..I brought 16 babies and got 16 different babies to bring home!!! It was fun and nice to meet some new gardeners...sure wish I could bring all of you along next time!

Garden Share? I guess that is what you call a plant exchange? I did one last year at this time also but only one other person showed up, but it was still nice. And this spring the sweet woodruff and boltonia (spellings may be wrong) that I got from her are doing well.

We don't have an exchange in our area or a garden share, if that's the same thing. What we do have here is the local garden club will thin out their plants and sell the extras. Prices are very, very reasonable and I can never pass up a good bargain. I've added quite a few things over the years and always look forward to it. Beats the prices at the garden center.
