How do you get a reservation for Garden Grove? Do they do a breakfast buffet?

We tried the regular buffet not the character one maybe 5 years and did not care for it. There were not a lot of choices and what we had tasted awful and it cost more than one of the character breakfasts at Disney. I would just stick with Cape May at the BC if you need something close. If you do not mind traveling Boma at AKL and WCC at WL are fantastic!

The Swan and Dolphin resorts have their own app. Suggest downloading that and then click on "I am on Property" and then Restaurants. Based on the menu posted there, I'm not sure it's a buffet. Also be sure to check operating days and hours as some of the restaurants at S&D are not open daily. There is also an option within the app to text and ask a question ... I've found them pretty responsive in the past (not immediate but within ~30 min or so during typical work hours). Pic of app from App store (iPhone) below for reference.

The OP is referring to Garden Grove at the Swan, which is not family style - I think you are referring to Garden Grill in EP.

OP, I would call the Swan or even post this on the Swan/Dolphin resorts thread - the last time I went to Garden Grove (pre-covid) they were no longer taking reservations and it used to be an a la carte menu + buffet (you could do either or both, similar to the current Ale & Compass set-up)

I ate there a few years ago and I seem to remember a buffet but I could be wrong. I do remember the ambiance being so cool with the tree and everything.

I haven't been there in years but we used to eat at Garden Grove often when we stayed at the Swan or Dolphin. We really enjoyed it. It's been a long time though so I don't know about reservations; I think we just walked up and got on the list and it never took long to get a table.
