When are there characters at Garden Grove? I found some info online but I can't seem to find anything to updated...

Garden Grove breakfast:
Goofy & Pluto (Sat)
Chip, Dale, Goofy, Pluto (Sun)

Garden Grove dinner:
Goofy & Pluto (Sun, Tues, Wed, Thur, Sat)
Rafiki & Timon (Mon, Fri)

Garden Grove at the Swan has a character buffet nightly and a breakfast character buffet on weekends only.

Characters at dinner: Monday and Friday, Timon and Rafiki; all other days, Goofy and Pluto.

Characters at breakfast: Goofy and Pluto on Saturdays. Chip and Dale join them on Sundays.

Garden Grove doesn't have a character lunch. You may have been thinking of the Garden Grill at Epcot, which used to serve lunch - it now serves dinner only.

The character meals that serve lunch are Chef Mickey's (currently - this is likely temporary to accommodate free dining), Cinderella's Royal Table, Crystal Palace, Akershus and Hollywood & Vine (Playhouse Disney characters).

Cinderella's Royal Table: Cinderella in lobby + 4 princesses while dining
Akershus: Belle in lobby + 4 princesess while dining
Crystal Palace: Pooh, Tigger, Eyeore, Piglet
Hollywood & Vine: Handy Manny, Leo, June, JoJo (Special Agent Oso should be replacing JoJo in the near future)
Chef Mickey's: Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Pluto
