Garden Grove Restaurant

Has anyone done weekend breakfast there lately? What characters are there? It says they do not take reservations but I was hoping it would not be too crowded. We have to go over to that hotel from teh Boardwalk to pick up our rental car so thought it might be fun to try someplace different for a "character" breakfast.
