Garden Grove- best times?

My dad and I will be going to WDW May 4-10th. We want to eat at Garden Grove at the Swan because we'll have a restaurant.com gift cerficate. I'm trying to figure out what the best day or time would be. We're open to any time of day, especially off time (ie 2pm for lunch) and we don't need to see any of the characters. Should we still make reservations or if we, say, showed up on Thursday afternoon at an off time would we still get a table. Just looking to see how popular this place it. Advice needed, please. Thanks!

The restaurant.com certificate is only good at dinner. We were there in Feb and only about 6 or 7 tables were occupied. Reservations were not needed at that time.
