Garden grocers?

Has anyone used garden grocers, if so I was wondering how soon before our holiday should we order and what info do I need to provide them with as I have never used them before? Do you pay as soon as you place the order?

Also what are your essentials on your order, we are thinking just some bottled water, milk and cereal?

From what I remember payment is taken once you have checked out, you can add stuff to your basket and return at a later date but once you've checked out that's it. We just had to give resort details and card holders address (I think)
I ordered a tray of water bottles and a few gallon bottles to refill, it works out cheaper that way. We also bought a few things that we like that we can't get at home to take back with us, like Cheetos. I ordered sunscreen too as its a lot cheaper than here.

If you order in advance they do give a discount - I can't remember the exact details but I'm sure there's 10% and 7% available.

We've used them many times and they're excellent. I've ordered water, snacks, biscuits, cereal bars, soft drinks and most importantly beer for DH!

it's a 10% discount if you order more than 60 days in advance. 7% over 30 days and 5% over 15 days.

payment is billed at check out.

I have never used them before but plan on using them in November.

I haven't heard anything bad about them.

I will be ordering milk, water and cereal and some goodies to eat when we get there. We wouldn't normally use them as we stay offsite that has a 24 hour shop but as we probably won't arrive at the onsite hotel until 9pm we won't be bothered to stop at any shops.

Wow thanks all, hadn't even thought of beer for the fiancé but that's a good shout, and the sun screen hadn't thought of that either when would I book for them to deliver? We land at 17:10pm so won't be to hotel until at least 7ish I should imagine by the time we get through security etc X

We used them on our trip last year, yes the food is over priced but it was really convenient and cheaper in the long run to make or have breakfast without spending out of pocket. It also allows you to pick a time you want the food delivered then I just let the front desk know I was expecting a food delivery and they brought it right up.

I JUST ordered for our November trip - I ordered some beer and coolers for the evenings, and some basic breakfast items. Within 2 minutes of hitting the 'submit' button, I received a call from them to verify my order. I was very impressed!

I'm glad I've seen this, we are going in November and thought it was still a bit too early to book. Guess what I'll be doing at the weekend??

Used them 7 out of the last 8 trips. No criticism, no problems, the savings in our water alone more than pays for all our USA snacks and goodies. Will be using them again in August.

Yeah I ordered last night for Monday, have used them before and always been pleased with the service. As already mentioned they called almost immediately upon placing the order to confirm and all is good!

It's very easy to order, add to cart, create account, select your resort, pay, done. I got a whole load of rubbish - poptarts, pringles, donuts, cheetos... Basically nothing of nutritional value ha ha ha!

We ordered to arrive about 7pm, but it doesn't matter if your there or not, it will be held at Bell Services.They will leave a message on your answer phone.

We used them 18 months ago, they were great. nobody called me to confirm order, just an email (I think). but i did get a text when the it was delivered, we were just boarding DME at the time so it was waiting with bell services. Will defo use them again, especially as we don't drive and drink loads of bottles of water

For those of you who ordered alcohol - how does that work? It says 'ID required' on the website, so do you need to be around to receive the order or is that just something they have to say?
