I am thinking of ordering a few snacks and breakfasts items to have on hand. We are staying at BLT with a kitchenette area.

I was wondering how the garden grocer works in terms of when do they deliver and do i have to be there in person to get the delivery.

I hate to be waiting for the food to be delivered when i may want to be at the parks.

Thanks
Holly

Not a problem. If I remember correctly, they ask when your flight arrives.

We used them in March 2010. When we checked in, our stuff was brought up quickly. All items that needed to be cold, were refrigerated at Luggage Services. Didn't have a problem at all. Everything was exactly as ordered.

Hope this helps.

They have a $40 minimum order and a $12 delivery fee PLUS TIP. You can pay the tip when you check out online so that you don't have to be there when the stuff is delivered. Bell services will keep your cold stuff cold and you can get the items when you check in. If they don't come until you are already out in the park you can pick the stuff up from the front desk whenever you get back to the resort.

If just ordering a few snacks and breakfast items you may want to look at staples.com. They have a limited selection but have some snacks and cereal and have free delivery.

We have ordered from Garden Grocer twice and have had great service. Neither time were we at the resort when they were delivered. They have the cold items separate from the regular stuff and the resort will store them accordingly. Just call bell services when you get to your room and a bell boy will bring them to your room....easy peasy!

I was at CBR when we ordered from Garden Grocer. Bell services held the stuff and kept it cold for us. And then they brought it to the room for us also.

I was able to order alcohol also from them and they let me order 10 additional items if I wanted for no delivery charge. We ordered things like PB and jelly and bread, snacks, oatmeal, cereal, juice, and water, and soda that we brought with us on our DCL cruise.
