I am trying to place my order and when I submit it gives me an error code and tells me that a match of the shipping address and postal code were not found!!! We are trying to deliver to OKW March 11. Any suggestions?

You might be trying to order too late. Typically, the delivery dates "sell out" several days before the actual date. Try the 12th instead. Maybe they have delivery slots available for that date.

Nevermind. I just checked their site and they do have deliver times on the 11th. I would call them. They are very nice and helpful

I agree with the PP, call, call, call. They may still be able to deliver when you need. If not they can clarify the error.

I ordered recently and didn't need to put the address of our Disney resort in. They already had options for the resorts that you could just click on to choose where you were staying. Maybe you could bypass your issue by picking from those selections.

I had exactly the same problem. I finally hit refresh and then it worked. I was in a blind panic over it and even posted on here about it.
