Staying at the Poly - Standard Room (to give you an idea of appliances ... only a mini fridge it seems)

What should we look at ordering from Garden Grocer? I am totally lost here.

We get cases of water, yogurt, string cheese, bananas, chips, salsa, bagels, cream cheese, bread, and jelly.
We bring other snacks and pantry items in our checked bag.

We usually get milk, cereal and bananas for the mornings we just want a super quick breakfast. Then we get a few snacks for the kids to have during any possible breaks or evening - like granola bars, chips, crackers. Then, some beer and wine for hubby and I to unwind with before bed. And of course, bottled water...

Water!!! Snacks, maybe some breakfast items that you like (poptarts)

Bottled water, milk, applesauce, yogurt, mini muffins, cereal bars, snacks for the kids (crackers, cookies). beer and wine for the adults.
we eat breakfast in the room.

We ordered coffee supplies, quick easy breakfast & snacks. We also go some drinks. They will deliver alcohol as well :D

Like others have posted, we get things for breakfast in the room (we aren't big breakfast eaters so usually have some yogurt, piece of fruit, cereal, muffin, etc. that you can just grab and go). Snacks for the in park - we usually get individual bags of things like popcorn, crackers, etc...they are good to have for snacking when waiting in line and better than paying a ton for snacks in the parks. We also get a case of bottled water. We take our own water bottle in to the parks and then add water flavoring (like the crystal light lemonade liquid drops) and are fine filling it up at water fountains once we're inside, but it's also nice having the water in the room since we aren't on the dining plan and so we don't have the refillable cup.

I recommend the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Cheap, filling, tasty, and all you need is a microwave and a paper towel!

So far on our list...

Quart of milk
12 pk Water
10 pk Capri Sun
24 pk Beer
Chips and Salsa
Cheese
Bananas
Chobani
Smartfood Popcorn
Donuts Mini chocolate and reg size variety pk Entenmanns

We pack some dry snacks like Triscuits, Jerkey, Granola Bars in our suit case. Basically anything liquid, cold or that can be smashed in a suitcase we order from GG.

We get:
Beer
Bottled Water
Cheese
Crackers
Apples
Chips
Salsa

We ordered things for afternoon snacks & light breakfasts.
Beer
Water (40-pack)
Snack size bags of chips
Goldfish crackers
Smartfood
Single serve cereals
Bananas
Strawberries
Greek yogurts
1/2 gallon milk
Juice boxes
Cokes
Mini donuts

I also order a case of water, a 12 pack of diet coke, 1/2 gallon of milk (x2), cereal, bowls, spoons, bottles of juice, granola bars, trail mix....

We always eat breakfast in the room. Even if we have a breakfast scheduled around 9:30/10am.....our boys will eat something before we head out. This way they are not asking to stop for food the moment we get in the park.

Awesome. Thanks for the replies.

Any items you didn't get a wished you did?

Any items you got and later realized you didn't need/want (basically would not get it again) ?

Will I have to pack some spoons and bowls for the morning cereal? I assume the room won't have these

The rooms don't have spoons or bowls.
We order case of water, juice, bananas, fruit, breakfast things, soda, beer, wine, cheese and crackers and other snacks.
I love Garden Grocer

We always pack a packet of "paper" bowls and plastic utensils for breakfast foods.

The 5 of us go through 2 cases of water in a week. We also get some juice boxes, fresh fruit, cereal breakfast goodies (donuts, muffins...), and park snacks (goldfish, Pringles, cookies-- all individually packed.)

They offer a discount if you place your order early, though that order can be changed.

Here's our list for October.

Water
Coke Zero
Bagels
Cream cheese
Coffee-Mate
Bananas
Apple slices
Peanut butter
Saltine crackers
Potato chips
Onion dip

There won't be any dishes or utensils in the room. We just get whatever we need on our first visit to the resort QS.

I forgot to say.......I try to stay away from ordering cookies, cakes, donuts, candy, etc......... they get enough of that in the parks.
