Garden Grocer Question

Hope I post this in the right area, but I have a question for those who use Garden Grocer.

We are arriving to Orlando airport around 6:45 on Saturday, but I was hoping to walk around downtown Disney for a little while after we check in. Do we have to be at the resort to receive our groceries we want delivered, or will the resort hold them at the front desk, or will they be placed in our room? I wanted a few basic items like bagels, cereal, and sandwich items so we don't have to spend a ton of money on food until dinner time in the parks.

My main concern is the cold items. I just dont want them to go bad if we are in downtown Disney. If the resort holds the package for us until we get there, do I need to tell them there will be cold items or will Garden Grocer do that? Thanks in advance for the help!

We stayed at pop century in January and I did not tell the hotel anything about our order. After we checked in and got our room I went to luggage services and was given my groceries along with a luggage cart to carry it all, I had a lot. Garden Grocer must have told them about the cold items cause all cold items were in a separate bag together which the hotel staff went into a back area to get for me.

Everything was delivered without my being there or having to do anything, it was very nice. I had ordered breakfast stuff like you along with a big thing of bottled water and a case of beer for the room and that saved us a ton of money. We made back the $14 delivery fee just in the bottled water alone.

Garden Grocer will leave your items with Bell Services at your resort. I always order from them and have had great service each time. Don't worry about the items that need refrigeration. Bell Services will refrigerate them for you. You can either pick up your delivery from Bell Services or call them from your room and have them bring it to you. For us, it's well worth the Garden Grocer fee and the tip to Bell Services to have them deliver it to our room.

Oh fantastic! I'm staying at Pop for the first time, glad to hear they are able to do this. Well that solves my problem then! I'm off to order some groceries now lol, thanks for your help!
