Garden Grocer process

Hello, first time planner here. Someone recommended that we order groceries from Garden Grocer. I went on their website and made a shopping list. They had a great selection and the reviews were fabulous but I'm just not sure of the process. If I checkout now will I be charged now or upon delivery? Will they leave them at the front desk or will they deliver them to our room meaning we'd have to be there? If I order it now in order to secure a preferred date & time for delivery then will I be able to add/change anything? Our trip isn't until Nov but I saw online that they offer a discount if you order ahead of time. Does anyone have experience with them that they can share with me?

I used them twice, sorry can't remember anything you asked. If I were you I could just email them directly, they are pretty great so I'm sure they'll get back to you soon and you will also be sure the info you get is 100% accurate.

I've ordered from GG the past few years about a month in advance and paid online at the time I placed the order(and included the tip). Groceries were delivered to the bell services(items that required refrigeration were held in a refrigerator at bell services) and available for pick up when we arrived and were checked into our room. I ran out of diapers and baby formula during one trip and called and had more redelivered and they waived the 2nd delivery fee and were quick with the delivery. I've been happy with their service and can't complain. If you call them directly they are very helpful.

I placed and order a couple days ago. I checked my credit card and the order has been processed. We are not going for a couple more weeks. Just and FYI I was eligible for a coupon by ordering 30 days before hand, which took care of most of the delivery fee.

Is there any other companies that do this service? I am from Australia and we have a few that deliver groceries from their supermarkets
