Garden Grocer or Wegoshop...

Hi.

I have ised wegoshop in the past and although have been happy wanted to know to those that have used Garden Grocer were you satisfied?

If so, which one is less expensive or are they about equal? Ill be arriving around 9 am on December 26 and my order will have items that need to be kept frozen as well as beer and wine.

Is there anywhere else that is also comparable?

We have used Garden Grocer five times in the last six years.. Very satisfied (always on time, exact products as ordered). We used them this past August and I believe their delivery fee is $14

I use Shipt here in Dallas and it is available in the Orlando area. We will be using it when we visit WDW in December. Very easy! Just for another option.

I can't really help yet, but I have an order coming this week from Dizzy Dolphin Delivery. What I liked about them over Garden Grocer was I told them exactly what I wanted. I didn't find a few things I was looking for on Garden Grocer. I don't have my order yet, but so far, I am very pleased with the service I've received - they responded super quick to questions.

Also, some items I am not specific...for instance, "least expensive case of water, least espensive large bag of pretzels" while other items I am brand specific, "Smuckers Raspberry seeded preserves".
Can I do above with the other places mentioned?

I have never heard of snipet or Dizzy Dolphin but Ill look at it tomorrow.

I heard of Dizzy Dolphin on the DVC board. The people who started it did so because they are DVC members who heard members had a hard time getting what they wanted delivered. I didn't get wine or beer, but I did get cider (a not well known brand) and I know beer and wine are options.

If you put that you want the least expensive case of water, that's what they'll get. You can also do things like birthday cakes, gift baskets, etc. They will get whatever you want even outside of grocery items.

I have ordered from Garden grocers and was happy with what we got. We are trying dizzy Dolphin this time. GG has limited wine/beer and can't order anything specific in that are. Dizzy Dolphin will get anything if it is available in the Disney area. I have talked with DD several times and very pleased with the time and effort they have put into answering my questions. We don't go until January so won't know for a bit...but look forward to using DD.

As a former wegoshop user, I have been very pleased since I switched to Garden Grocer. Their customer service is outstanding. We order beer and wine and we found the selection of beer to be very good.
I think, all in all, wegoshop and Garden Grocer end up costing about the same. But I have experienced far superior customer service with Garden Grocer

Yep, they have a website. It's Dizzy Dolphin Delivery . Com (no spaces - not sure if I can link here). They also have a Facebook page which they update frequently.

I'll post back after I get my delivery on Wednesday.

We have used both and prefer Garden Grocer. I do feel that the prices are a little high, which is why we tried Wegoshop once. But without seeing the final total, we ended up WAY over-ordering. When they showed up and told us the total was over $400, we were in shock. So granted, that was our fault, but we prefer buying from GG so that we know EXACTLY what we are buying and what the cost will be.

Sorry I didn't post back sooner. On my travel day, I happened to see a post by Dizzy Dolphin on Facebook and knew my order would be ready I got to the resort and, after checking in, stopped at Bell Services. They delivered my Dizzy Dolphin order with my Owner's Lockers. They items were thoughtfully bagged (freezer, fridge and like snacks together) and they had put some (I ordered a lot) of the cider in the fridge, which was great!

I will be ordering from Dizzy Dolphin again when we go in February. One thing I suggest, keep track of the normal items you buy and the sizes. It will help when you order. If you want the cheapest item, just list that when you order - i.e. lowest price butter.

I'm really excited to have found them since they will get exactly what I want!

yes, you do have to upload your ID when you order alcohol.

I would also suggest Safeway. We ordered a few bottles of wine without any issues. Garden Grocer had a higher price for what we were looking for.
