Garden Grocer no longer delivering outside of Disney - other options?

I just found out that Garden Grocer (as of Jan 10th) is no longer delivering outside of Disney resorts so I am out of luck with my spring trip at Windsor Hills. We used them last year and they were great - I'm so disappointed! Is there another grocery delivery service that you would highly recommend? I am very specific about what I shop for as my DS has food allergies.

Can you just go to the store and shop? There is a super target and a publix both just a short drive away.

I really hate to grocery shop on vacation - I know it sounds silly but it's one of those little luxuries I enjoy on vacation. I may just have to though!

I did find Orlando Grocery Express and they looked good - any reviews?

I'm not a fan of grocery shopping either, so I understand. I really love that super target though. They have a huge section of Disney and Florida souvenir type stuff. It makes the trip worth it. Plus, I'm a control freak and wouldn't trust anyone else to shop for me!

Good luck finding a new service. It does sound convenient.

Here's another vote for wegoshop. We've used them a couple of times and found Amy to be efficient and personable. Check out the website at wegoshop.com. You'll have to fill in some info but then her franchise will come up. The other nice thing about using wegoshop is she will shop at the store you prefer or give advice if you have no preference. Hope it works for you!

Publix has recently joined this decade and like the chains of the northeast, now delivers on their own. Never tried them for a resort though. It can be tricky to find but it's called easy online ordering...

To help:
- http://www.publix.com/all-products/online-easy-ordering
- you'll put in the zip/city/state and pick a nearby store.
- it'll put you on a generic page you can find online easy ordering at the bottom of the webpage or goto the above url again.
- it'll start you off on a specials/deli page, just click all products to get to everything.

again, I've not tried for resort stays so you may want to talk to the resort or call the store you picked to see if they can deliver to the resort.

This might actually be why garden grocers doesn't deliver outside of disney property now.

I'm glad I saw this post. I'm so disappointed. We stay offsite at a local Marriott property and have used Garden Grocer. I'm happy to learn of the alternatives to order from.

Target has the new service with Curbside app where they bring your order to your car, maybe a good option?

I used wegoshop in December and they were perfect! Highly recommend them. They don't have the pretty website that garden grocer has, but you get exactly what you want and they will shop where you want them to shop. They don't inflate the prices either. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!
