Garden Grocer ??? First time order for us.....

Okay I have my things in the cart. I have about 152 bucks worth of groceries. Am I paying now? I am assuming I am. Do you normally add the gratuity when ordering?? Are we supposed to tip again when they deliver?? What is considered a good tip on 150 bucks? Do we select a time to meet the person at the BCV to receive the stuff? What exactly is the process for this grocery delivery service? Thanks

I've ordered many times from GG and always tipped two times on each order....Once to the actual delivery person who brings the food to the resort (in advance on the website when placing the order) and again to bell services who will bring the order to your room.

I've never had GG call me to recieve the order. They just leave a message on my cell letting me know the order was delivered.

The double tip is well worth it....Their service is excellent!!!

We tipped online and to the BWV bellman who brought our order up, it was delivered and stored while we were at dinner. However, we didn't get the Mountain Dew we ordered. We weren't able to get a hold of anyone at GG, and they didn't return our call for a week (after we were home) and then they reimbursed us for the Mountain Dew bottles. It was a bummer that they took so long to get back to us, and then GG said sometimes the bellmen steal the Mountain Dew since they don't serve Pepsi products at WDW

They drop it with bell services?? Does the freezer stuff get put in the freezer or do they put it all in the fridge?? I am worried about ordering freezer stuff. So do we tip based on amt. like we would for a dinner??

Our GG delivery was delivered to the BW at 2pm (we didn't arrive until 8:30 and everything was still frozen and cold. They do a great job at the BW.

I usually tip online since they usually don't deliver the groceries when you get there anymore. However, if they do, they unpack them for you How cool!!

Then we usually tip bell service too.
