what time do you tell Garden Grocer to deliver on check in day when you don't really know when your room will be ready? (We are staying at Beach Club Villas next week)

Thanks.

I always have my groceries delivered after 4 so that I know I have a frig to put them in.

We also have it delivered after 4pm- just in case. Although they have a "cold" box area at the front desk to keep it in- if you have it delivered early.

We have the groceries delivered after 4:00 as well. The last time we arrived at our resort (~3:30ish), they were already at Bell Services waiting for us. Everything was perfect, even the ice cream.

I usually pick that 2 - 4 range, but it really doesn't matter. The DVC resorts will keep them cold for you until you call bell services for them. :thumbsup2

We were very pleased with Garden Grocer, and will be using them again in about 3 weeks! :woohoo:

We always have grociers delivered in the morning because we're at WDW by 11:00. Bell services has a fridge/freezer where they keep them until we check in. BTW, we always use gardengrocer and have had only good experiences.

we usually do the after 4 also. Have had only GOOD experiences with Garden Grocer.

We had a case shipped in from COSCO. It cost approx 8.00 and it was there the day we arrived. We just sent it to our name and put our reservation # on it. Although I was scanning the greengrocer web site last night and they have water as well. 32 pack for about the same money.
We were staying at the CSR and because the box was delivered to the business center we had to pay a 10.00 handling fee. while still cheaper than the parks, I thought 10 bucks was a bit much. That being said, GGrocer only charges 12 for delivery.....
Is there usually a chage for getting packages?
Also, while they don't deliver, my DH took a cab to the HESS gas station and bought 2 cases of beer. (cans for the pool & bottles for the room) This was better than paying hotel prices to & convienent to have in the room.
Beer delivery...now that is convienence.......

We did water delivery to OKW and BCV last summer from Costco. Does the resort charge a fee now to have stuff delivered?? I thought I heard that at some point??

Yep. Just started. I think I read that it typically ranges from 3.99-10.99. I wonder how you can tell before you ship.

Does anyone deliver beer or other adult drinks?

Garden Grocer Delivers Beer. You need to order by phone instead of on-line.

I have used Garden Grocer 3 times and it never seemed to matter what time I requested. They always came by 11am.
Once I even requested the last delivery of the day and it still came in the morning.

I have alway had great service with them. No complaints.
