Garden Grocer Delivery Time???

Hello All,
Myself and my family are getting very excited as in 2 weeks we will be taking our 1st trip "home". We have read several articles about garden grocers and have decided to use them. We will be arriving at the resort at about 12 in the afternoon but realize the odds are our room will not be ready. We plan on going to MK for a couple of hours till the room is ready. My question is what time should we schedule the GG delivery for? Our order will have several perishables which from what I've read the bell staff can refirdgerate for us till we get our room. I'm not sure if we should schedule for 3-5 since we will be coming back to hopefully check in then or just have it delivered ealier and have the bell staff hold it until we checkin. Any input from those who have been there would be appreciated.

I used Garden Grocer just three weeks ago. I scheduled delivery for about three hours before we arrived. I called bell services once we did get our room and they brought everything right over. The milk was very cold and the bell services guy assured me they has reviewed the order prior to signing for it.

I would not worry about having it left with bell services. Not trying to coordinate the delivery with check in took one more stressful thing off the list !

By the way, Garden Grocer was wonderful!!! You made a good choice.

We used GG last week and last Jan. and will again. This trip we chose the two-hour window that included our estimated arrival time in case our room was ready. Luck was with us--our room was ready and our groceries were already at bell services when we checked in at 9:45 a.m. Bell services brought them to our room. Everything that was supposed to be cold was cold and packaged in well-marked bags. No, we did not let the resort know that we were expecting a delivery.
