garden grocer delivery before arrival

sorry to clog up this forum but im only 2 weeks away from my first visit and just trying to finalise everything!

I want to get a delivery from GG to arrive at Disney just before I get there. do I have to inform Disney about this in advance? I don't know my room number obviously and I take it the address you use is the standard pop century one?

No you don't need to inform them. Just make sure your name's on it.

I scheduled ours to arrive about 2 hours after our landing time. Was waiting both times.

Hi,

I read somewhere on DisBoards about faxing the resort 3-5 days before hand to let them know you are placing an order for your arrival day.

I believe the resorts hold them (possibly refrigerated) for you until you have checked in.

You can send a free fax via www.gotfreefax.com.

I was planning on faxing a few days before our arrival.

I've never contacted OKW to let them know that we were having an order delivered and have never had a problem. If you're not at the resort when GC deliver your order then it will be stored for you and frozen or fridge items will be put in freezer/fridge. Then once you're in your villa you can just have your order delivered to your room!
