Garden Grocer at check in?

Is it possible to try to time a Garden Grocer delivery with my check in? Can I place an order without a room number? I understand the front desk will hold my delivery. Will they keep items that need to be refrigerated cold?

Garden grocer delivers in a 2-4 hr window, so it probably won't be convient for you to be waiting at the resort. If you are staying at a Disney hotel, you do not need a room number and you don't even need to be at the resort for delivery. Bell services will hold the package & refrigerate pershibles for you until you arrive. When you do arrive, you can either stop by or call bell services and they will deliver the package to your room. Since bell services will handle accepting (and refrigerating) the package for you, there really is no need for you to be at the resort for delivery.

For stays that are not at a disney hotel, I would suggest calling that particular hotel to see what thier policy is for deliveries and for deliveries that require refrigeration.

We stayed at POFQ in November and ordered from GG and it was really great. I got a VM and I believe a text confirmation as well when it was delivered to bell services and I'm not even sure I was on my plane in Boston yet to fly down there. When I checked in around midnight, I called down and picked it up from bell services. Milk was in their fridge and was a piece of cake to pick up.

My wife and I were very happy with the service from GG.

We've used them 2 or 3 times now and we have never been there when it was delivered. Also, we never even had to pick it up or call for it! We have a medical fridge and when we get to our room, the cold stuff was put in the fridge and the rest was left on the floor by the fridge.
