My DH and I did the rehitchin ceremony two years ago. I requested it when I made the PS and when we got there it was already listed on our dinner check. My DH had no idea that they even did something like this so it was a huge, fun surprise.
We went there for lunch and you get a complete meal in a skillet, I think there was flank steak, pork slices, chicken, stuffing, potatoes, vegetables, apple cobbler....check wdwig.com for the actual complete meal. But it was decent food and after we ate our waiter started the show, announcing in front of everyone that we were getting rehitched and then they had chip, dale and Mickey come over to congratulate us , plus they gave us a certifcate signed by Mickey and our waiter (who actually does the rehitchin) plus he made us kiss for a minute (only counted 10-20-30...) it was a great time, and DH, who is hard to please, loved it. Plus you get a free cake that is actually quite good (too big for two people). I recommend trying it, especially as a surprise to your spouse.
