Garden Grill????

I know Garden Grill is family style but I was wonder how the food is served. Does it come out on a platter or is it like Ohana and served off of skewers? Someone in my party is picky when it comes to eating food off a skewer. Don't ask me why.

Salad comes in a bowl, main course on a platter, desserts in dishes. No skewers in sight, at least at the time we went.
