We have ADR for GG, ? My mom gets motion sickness, she felt ill on a cruise, do you think this restaurant will be okay, I've never eaten here. It's my parents first trip. I want everything perfect for them.

I have read other reviews on this board regarding motion sickness related to Garden Grill. Many with motion sickness report they were unable to enjoy the meal and would not eat at the Garden Grill again for that reason. We had dinner at the Garden Grill and enjoyed our meal however our party does not have anyone that is affected by motion sickness.

I have very bad motion sickness and had NO PROBLEM at GG... You can barely feel/notice the motion

We were a good 40 minutes into our meal and my Dad hadn't even noticed until my DS said something It is so slow and subtle that you shouldn't have a problem.

I don't think you will have any problems...it's reeaallyy slow....and most likely you won't even notice it depending on where you are sitting.

If you are doing that for the character interaction, you'll be glad you didn't cancel! It's great for that!

I won't say anything about the food...I'm not a big fan of Disney's food, but I'm also not critical...no one can cook quality food for that many people!
I would compare this meal to the buffet food at Golden Corral. And they will bring you plenty of it...so enjoy!!!

We ate there last week for the first time and DH gets motion sickness. He can't ride the teapots at MK or go on the Primeval Whirl in AK, he also gets sea sick. He asked me not to book this restaurant again. He could feel the restaurant moving and didn't really enjoy his meal. The food is delicious, we started at the beginning of our meal at the front of the restaurant to the left and ended up at the end of our meal not quite to the back of the restaurant. I believe though that it depends on the individual person. good luck.

Wow. I am surprise, I have never heard that (which is not to say that it isn't true--I am sure it is; I just never thought of it). DH gets motion sickness sitting on a porch swing, and always has to be the driver in a car and he has eaten there many times without issue. it is extremely slow moving.
