Garden Grill ... walk up for 2?

What are my chances for getting a dinner walk up seat for 2 adults on Friday -- Sept 2nd or Sat Sept 3 for Epcot's Garden Grill. Nothing has been available on the ADR line or online.

.... I WANT TO SEE FARMER MICKEY!!! :-> LOL!

That might be a hard one to get as a walk up. Fri and Sat tend to be the busiest nights. Wishing you good luck in trying, but be prepared for a back-up plan.

I would be at the Garden Grill BEFORE opening and see if they can accomodate you.GG is a hard one to get since it is a a 1TS Character meal in Epcot that serves simple ,Americanized food.I wish they wouldn't have gotten rid of the lunch there..Getting adrs is almost impossible these days

Thanks!!! We had a Garden Grill reservation but because of Hurricane Irene our trip shifted to the right a bit and now some lucky person has my reservation for tonight :-> LOL!!!

Also, ask at the concierge desk at your resort when you check in if you're staying onsite.

The new Disney app on my android phone I was able to secure a reservation when I was on the magical express bus. I guess it helps to keep trying...

Absolutely keep trying to get an ADR...I can tell you I went on a Tuesday night in Febuary (Feb 1st actually) so not a busy time of the year and they were telling walk ups it'd be at least 45 minutes. There's just not a lot of seating and its not a place they can expand. I do agree that things would be a little better if they brought pack the lunch seating, at least during peak times.
