Garden Grill, Spinning?

Is Garden Grill back to its usual spinning self? I saw mention a month or so ago about it not rotating. There were planters around the front to give the guests seated there a more private view. Just curious.

Personally if I arrived and it was not spinning I would ask them to note I was there and cancel my reservation at no charge.
