We will be eating at the Garden Grill on Saturday on the CP package. Two quick questions---Is the seating better on the upper or lower level?? Also, my neice is 11--Can we request they bring the children's food to her?? Or does she have to eat the regular menu?? Thanks!

Lower level looks out so you can easily view the turning scenery. The upper level does not have this lovely view easily seen. Ask for lower level and offer to wait for an available table, it is worth it.

They should be able to accomodate what your niece wants to eat I would hope.

Definatly get the lower level. My husband and I love this restaurant. One of our favs. The scenery is beautiful. You truly don't want to miss it. They accomadate very well and the characters are wonderful!!!! Have fun!

This past summer we were seated on the upper level (had sat on the lower level previously) and really it was not bad at all. I would ask for a lower level, but if it is a long wait, the upper level is fine. The character interaction is great because it is easier for the characters to visit at the tables on the upper level compared with the booths on the lower level.

As for the kids meal - just tell them, you still get charged adult prices but they will bring kid food - I did this for both DS10 and DD13.

Don't know if I have ever eaten in the upper level, but, I do know that the Character interaction at GG is wonderful. At one point we had all Chip, Dale and Pluto all to ourselves.

We'll be eating at the GG next week. If we get an upper berth, I'll tell you if it is lower than the lower berth or higher. :)

We sat on the lower level the last time we were there (October). We had an early reservation, so maybe that helped? We had a great waiter, and an all over great time! Mmmm I am thinking about their potato casserole right now!!! Yummy :)

You read my mind! I just love the potatoe casserole. Last time they even brought us extra. I'll be there in a little over a week. Woot! :thumbsup2
