Garden Grill fries?

are the fries at Garden Grill still sweet potato or are they regular now? Also I can’t remember if mashed potatoes have skin on them. Trying to be prepared my mom is very picky . Fingers crossed for regular fries or no skin if she has at least one option she will be fine. Thanks!

I know the mashed potatoes have no skin. I'm not positive about the fries.
