Garden Grill Do they still have a character breakfast

We were told that the character breakfast at the Garden Grill in Epcot no longer exist. Is this true? Does anyone know the reason why?
 
It's not listed on allearsnet as a character meal, they only show lunch and dinner for Garden Grill.
