Garden Grill breakfast and lunch

I was just able to book a breakfast (lunch times are available too) for Garden Grill on November 16th. I haven't heard anything about the restaurant adding these meal times! The breakfast menu isn't available on Disney's site. Has anyone else heard anything about this?
