I don't want to do this Commando Style, but there are way too many gaps in this itinerary. Please take a look and tell me what you think I should add. The days I'm questioning the most are 12th, 13th, 14th, 16th & 17th. We don't do water parks or the pool.
Thanks!

ETA: Hey, I just realized that we're going around the same time!

to the op... first and foremost, you have your days/dates confused... thursday is the 11th, friday the 12th, saturday the 13th, sunday the 14th, etc... so you may want to check your ressie to be sure you are leaving on thurs the 11th, not friday the 12th... (you have thurs the 12th?)

then, as far as filling in gaps... no water parks, no pools... not sure what type tix you have, but you might want more than from after noon to 4ish at animal kingdom... also, you don't have any evening shows/fireworks scheduled in... fantasmic at mgm is awesome and imo a "must see!"

Disney Addict M... I hope you're kidding about your itinerary. If not, then it's good to be very flexible if you can't get in to eat at any sit-down restaurants.

Determined One... I like that your itinerary is open enough throughout the day and that you've made at least one PS a day. I would make one for the day you are at Epcot, just like you said in case you are not full. You can always cancel it. There are lots of great Epcot restaurants from which to choose.

Make sure that you take time to see the nightly shows. I think Illuminations and Wishes are must sees. They have great cruises you can take to see the fireworks from the water! Otherwise, I think you should leave your schedule somewhat open. If you over plan you can end up being stressed to get to from one place to another. This way, you have destinations but you can take your time and enjoy whatever comes your way.

DisneyAddict_M, you crack me up. This often looks like my itinerary. I think that it's great you are so open. It shows that you are just going to go and wing it, have fun doing whatever!

Hope you both have a magical time!

This just goes to show different people have different plans....

some of the best times at WDW for us have not been a PS or a parade or even a ride. Yes I have PS's for this trip, but don't forget to be flexible, REMEMBER we are all on vacation!

DisneyAddict_M----I love your plan! We will be there at the same time! I wonder what other "misfits" will be there!!!!;)

You must keep in mind that the only night the electric parade is held is in the MK on Sat night I would advise you to switch days
in order to catch this event it is by far the best event you will find
in WDW

You could add some time to explore other resorts? But I think it looks pretty good.

I agree you should add fantasmic though!

Okay-first of all-ALL the nighttime shows! They are the best!

Fantasmic (MGM)
Wishes and Spectromagic Parade(Magic Kingdom)
Illuminations (Epcot)

Animal Kingdom must sees
Kilimanjaro Safari's-Africa (best seen in the early morning or towards closing)
Festival of the Lion King-Camp Minnie-Mickey (best day-time show)
Its Tough to Be a Bug-3D-Discoveryland

Magic Kingdom must sees
Pirates of the Caribbean
The Haunted Mansion
Walt Disney World® Railroad
The Hall of Presidents
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Peter Pan's Flight
Splash Mountain®
Mickey's Philharmagic
Carousel of Progress
Timekeeper

MGM must sees
Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
Muppet Vision 3D
Voyage of the Little Mermaid (most enjoyable when it's really hot)
Sounds Dangerous
Who Wants to Be a Millionaire
Star Tours

Epcot must sees (my favorite park!)
Cranium Command
Honey! I Shrunk the Audience-3D
Journey Into Your Imagination with Figment (go through the interactive area too)
Ellen’s Energy Adventure
The Living Seas
American Adventure
Maelstrom
Spaceship Earth
El Rio Del Tiempo
World Showcase

There is soooo much to do!

Thanks for the advice! And yes, I had the dates mixed up and was one day ahead on everything. (Can you tell I'm excited?)
We are visiting November 11-18 with the UPH and Silver Plan. And believe it or not, we don't find pool and water parks fun. No little ones, which probably explains that.
We're tentative on the fireworks shows as we don't like dealing with the crowd at show's end. But if we decide to go for it Wishes and Illuminations will be top priority. And one reason I'm worried about gaps in the itinerary is in 2002 when we stayed at AKL we spent the first night lounging around the hotel because we didn't have anything planned and it was easier to do nothing. But since we're staying closer to the action this time I want to take full advantage. There's really no reason to sit around the hotel when there is so much to do. And somehow, I think we can do a lot without stressing ourselves too much.

Appreciate your opinions.
