How crazy am I?? I'm thinking of buying dd, 6, one of these. I'm even thinking of giving it to her before our WDW trip in October. I've found some games she'd like... like Disney princesses, and Nemo.
One question... I know that you can hold the regular gameboy advance in your hands to play it, but what about the SP? It looks more like a laptop, do you need a surface to rest it on to play?? Of course, the rechargability looks good to me...

) for a looooong car ride to the Outerbanks. I LOVE it... and so does my hubby!!! I, too, thought it would be awkward to hold but it is just as comfortable, if not more, than the regular gameboy. Don't hesitate to get it!!!
