They are Tiggr Tails, and can only be found in Pooh's Candy shop in Critter Country at Disneyland. They are amazing!!!! Marshmallows coated in caramel and then that sugar coating with chocolate drizzles. I looked all over WDW for something like this and the closest I could find was at the Werther's shop, but it didn't have the candy coating like the Tiggr Tails, they are yummy!
