Game Recommendation for the Wii?

We're heading over to our friends tonight and she'd like to get a different game for the Wii. She's not looking for an active type one but more of a puzzle, board game, thinking type one.

Any suggestions? We're in our 30's so not a kid type one, ok?

Big Brain Academy Wii Degree or there's a Disney trivia game for the Wii also.
DH has Merv Griffin's Crosswords, which is a game-show type game based around filling in crossword puzzles.

We got Disney SignIt for the Xbox 360 and it is GREAT fun for the kids. There are voice lessons and a bunch of Radio Disney type music for the kids to sing with, High School Musical, Camp Rock, Miley Cirus...

I've also heard that We Cheer is really fun, although that is an active type game.

Mario Party 8 is a great game and plays with up to 4 players.

Mario Party 8 is great for 4 players if you want a board game style game.

Smarty Pants is too if you want a trivia style game. Smarty Pants is a better trivia game for 4 players than Big Brain Academy. I like Big Brain better for 2 players though.

Don't they have Jenga for the Wii? That may be fun.

I also like Mario Brother's Sluggers. It's a baseball game, but it's still fun. My mom and I had a blast playing it together one night.

BOOM BLOX is my suggestion.

It is up to 4 players... we have only played it with 2... I always play with my 6 year old or my hubby, we can play for hours!!

MLB Power Pros is pretty fun. Mario Kart is also fun.

This isn't a board game type of thing, but I LOVE the Dancing With the Stars game. It's really fun if you're playing with a friend.

I know this is corny but there is a free download on the Wii that makes it so you can compete with your "Mii" entries in different contests. You can also see all the popular Mii's that have been made around the world. They are pretty amazing. YOu can also import them into your own console. So now I do my step class with a VERY HANDSOME Johnny Depp (last night we got a VERY cool Davey Jones!!!)

I love Samba de Amigo. But it is a game where you have to move (shake your maracas).

And nobody but me likes it.

Always plugging it though, hoping it will become wildly popular and they'll make more of it.

Well, I ended up buying Big Brain Academy. And she bought two games....

Family Game Night (or something like that) It has Boggle, Sorry, Battleship, Yahtzee, Connect 4 and Sorry Sliders.

Some Rednect Yard Games. Didn't play that one yet.

Really liked the ones we played. I'm also thinking about getting Carnvial Games and Neighborhood Games.

Carnival games is alot of fun. I also like Boom blox.

We enjoyd playing Ravin rabbids 3 on NY with friends. I think we played for about 2 hours. The kids were not happy.
