Game of Thrones

My son would like to watch past episodes of Game of Thrones. We do not have HBO. My question is: Are past episodes available to watch on HBO? I am trying to decide whether to purchase the DVD's or if it would be cheaper to just get HBO.

If you purchase HBO you will be able to use HBOGo which does have every episode and every season available, as well as any HBO show, I think it would be cheaper than buying the DVD's and plus with HBOGo you get so much more than just Game of Thrones.

Yeah, HBO is the best way to go in my opinion. It's offered on lots of game consoles now, computer, Roku etc.. There's many ways to watch it.. You get every HBO series plus all kinds of movies. Have fun with Game of Thrones, I love it!

you didn't say how old your son is....I love Game of Thrones, but there is a LOT of sex and nudity and it is pretty graphic, and the violence is graphic too. This is every episode, not just once in a while.

Depending on his age you might not want him watching the show, or you might plan to watch with him and fast forward thru the age inappropriate bits.

Game of Thrones is available on iTunes and Amazon Instant video as well.

HBO with HBOGO is the most cost efficient way...not all the episodes are available on DVD or maybe even iTunes (not certain season 4 is there yet).

Yep, we've been dealing with our 13 year old begging to watch...she got to take a sword class from the actor that played Serio (Arya's sword master) and ever since she wants to see the whole thing...had to just tell her not until she is in college.
