no, this isn't that obscure... this song is a British band... may have been recorded early 80's...late 70's possibly.. but the band has been around since the late 60's, early 70's...

I'll give you a hint, ITS NOT THE ROLLING STONES... but a known song for this group was about a woman/man... with a four letter name...
