Has anyone ever stayed of know of anyone who has stayed at the Galleria Palms Hotel in Kissimmee? It looks like a decent place to stay, but wanted some input from others. Thanks!

I was looking for the same info. I've read some pretty good reviews on tripadvisor and expedia. The only thing bad that a lot of people mentioned was the customer service at the front desk not very good.

I just checked an earlier post and they said that the rooms were just like was shown on their website. Breakfast was good with fruit and pastries, bisquits and gravy. Kind of hard to find because it is off the main road. I did call down there to confirm my reservations and to have them match a cheaper room price available and it took 4 calls before anyone answered. But they did lower my rate and they were nice on the phone. Just a little slow. We're staying there in March so I hope it works out!

We are staying there in March too:goodvibes
Hope the rooms are as good as the reviews and there isn't a problem with check in or check out.

I stayed at the Galleria Palms for a couple of nights in January. The rooms are very nice and they have Bath and Body Works products provided in them. The continental breakfast was great for a quick bite before heading to the parks and there are lots or restaurants nearby. If you are driving, there is an access road very close to the hotel that will take you right to AK.

I would not hesitate to stay here again. :goodvibes

It was me who stayed there and posted This report

AdventurerKat I'm glad you liked it too. I was dreading our trip after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor but am so glad we stuck with the reservation.

Ok so the staff aren't Disney-happy but to be honest for the price we couldn't complain. We had a problem with a couple of the keys not working and they swapped them without hesitation - our fault for keeping them next to credit cards...it wipes the info from the magnetic strip.

We just got back from our stay there from 3/17-3/20.
I would stay there again in a heart beat. Everything was very nice. Easy check in and check out. The breakfast was good. They had muffins, frozen waffles, eggs and biscuits, fresh fruit, Seatle's Best coffee and 3 different types of juices. The rooms are very nicely decorated and new.

It is a little hard to find as it is not visible from HWy 192 but look for the BIG Mermaid on the blue building (Gift shop) and the IHOP next to it. The Halleria Palms is right behind it.

The photos on their web site are very accurate:

Nice place to stay for a night or two.
