At this point, not likely. The word seems to be that FP will not be available for SWGE rides for the foreseeable future, but they'll re-evaluate after both rides are open.

After visiting the Disneyland version at opening, I really hope that they hold off on FP for a while. I was able to ride 4 times total (with two different 4 hour windows) and probably could have gone a few more times if I wanted. Single rider was very fast to get on but it does miss most of the backstory including the animatronic Hondo. I assume FP will pass that also which will make the ride much less enjoyable the first time...
