The frenzy of booking this resort is why.. DISNEY IS EVIL and ALWAYS WINS..... Lol
For weeks guest and member shouted the cost is crazy. Yet look at the response.

Disney knows their culture pretty well

I expected the first few months of booking to go fast. There are enough Disney fans that have not traveled for 1.5 years + and have saved up a lot of money and points by staying home including me. There are also over 140 DVC members listed in a blog here with over 1000 points and these members can easily afford to go with their points. Let's see how the bookings trend a year from now. I'm just happy to get on an airplane again.

I thought I'd wait for the DVC phone rush to die down a bit, but now I see the DVC window was super limited of "Booking window is 10/7–10/9/21" Yikes! Anyone know any other ways to book early? Every time I called to do DVC, I got a ridiculous wait time or just disconnected.

Congratulations to anyone who got a reservation!

And I welcome anyone who can give sympathy to my anger and frustration with the quick DVC cut off and lousy service

If you have a Disney Visa Card, early bookings for cardholders is open through tomorrow. Otherwise, you will have to wait until general bookings start on 10/28.
