Gainmail - please help????

Hi, earlier I had requested help for a gainmail payment. I have heard from them but don't know what to do?? They sent me a note saying to request money from them from a verified paypal account. My paypal account says unverified. I don't know why or what to do? I don't even know what that means? I have only used my paypal account a couple of times. Therefore, I don't know how to request my money. Yes, I am totally inexperienced when it comes to this stuff, but you are all helping me learn. Thank you so much.

What it Means to be Verified

To become Verified, a PayPal member must provide us with proof that he or she has opened an account at a bank or other financial institution. Because these institutions are required by law to screen account holders, PayPal's verification process increases security when you pay parties you do not know. Please note that PayPal's verification system does not constitute an endorsement of a member, nor a guarantee of a member's business practices. You should always consider other indicators when evaluating members, including length of PayPal membership and reputation scores (on eBay or other auction sites, if applicable).

For U.S. PayPal account holders, being Verified means you have added and confirmed a bank account, or have been otherwise Verified by PayPal. Because Verification increases the security of the PayPal network, you'll be able to do the following once you're Verified:

Lift your sending and withdrawal limits

Send payments instantly using a checking account

Become eligible for the Seller Protection Policy

Increase credibility with sellers and/or buyers (since being Verified means you have confirmed ownership of a bank account)

Non-U.S. members can also become Verified by completing their Expanded Use Enrollment. However, non-U.S. Verified members do not currently qualify for and are not covered by the Buyer Complaint Policy or the Seller Protection Policy.

Essentially, you have to provide your bank info to PayPal to become verified. By providing the information, PayPal can "verify" you are a legitimate person who owns a bank account.
