Gainesville, Fl Hotel and New home builders

Anyone out there that is from Gainesville? During our trip home from WDW we are stopping in Gainesville and my DH is going to look at another office his company has in FL. We need a hotel for just one night. I was hoping for one that had an indoor pool (to give the kids something to do), but all of the ones I have found only have outdoor pools. Am I missing a hotel?

Also do you have any good or bad views on new home builders? If we move to FL we will definatly be building, so any advice would be helpful! Thanks!

I just wanted to bump this up for you.
I don't have any information..

My dh woked up on Sunday morning, saying he wanted to move to Orlando/Tampa area. For me to start saving and looking into it. So I'm trying to get information in Orlando.

Jobs have to been found first.. Lucky you to have a company to transfer to..

Hey, try the Hampton Inn... Could be wrong, but a search just showed something listing indoor pool and spa.....

I wanted to mention that this would be the Hampton Inn located on SW 40th.... Are there two hampton inns???? confusing?


And, just found this info on Fairfield as well:

I would probably want to actually call these hotels directly to find out for sure!

I looked up the Hampton Inn and it said outdoor pool. I will try the Fairfield Inn.
