GAD - Why is Jun 21-22 black out dates?

We have been to WDW 6 times and counting. I better understand busy times and event dates for WDW than DLR. We are planning a first time visit to DLR in June.

What is going on June 21-22 that these dates are not valid for the Give A Day voucher redemption?

Without checking the official black out calander for APs, I'm thinking these are the last days for Socal APs before they are blocked for the summer. Those last days are just crazy and you don't want to be there then anyway. We were there at that time last year and never again. That is my guess, anyway.
