Howdy. Our family completed our Day of Giving in February. I've saved the confirmation email from Disney that states our "Disney park tickets are just a few clicks away". I was holding the email until we were ready to start packing, which is now. I tried to print out the vouchers but I'm re-directed to the site that says that the promotion has now ended. Since I have completed the work AND received the email from Disney that I do qualify shouldn't I still be able to get the vouchers somehow? I've sent an email to the site but have had no response. I'm getting a bit nervous. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Any suggestions?

You will be fine. If you go to Will Call with the appropriate ID's, they will be able to pull up the information and issue your tickets (or fastpass exchange cards or pins, whatever you choose). Just remember to bring a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, military ID card) for each person. For kids under 18, you can bring a copy of the birth certificate instead. The CM will verify the names and addresses and you will be on your way.

I'd bring the copy of the e-mail with you in case it is helpful (has an account number or some other identifier on it), but you don't have to have it.

There was a phone number at one point, but I'm not sure it still works. Worth a try, though:
