GAD printing problem

Ugh!

I downloaded my vouchers to my laptop as .pdf files ages ago.
Laptop has since died.

I thought I would be able to just go reprint them from the Website but I see it is gone.

The email form for support on the site is being glitchy, not letting me put in a message in the message area longer than one line of text. Which is not really enough. I sent one that just said "Help, need to print vouchers" but so far no reply (it has been 36 hours).

We leave in a couple of days and will not have any way to print them after that.

Can they look us up?
I still have all the emails, so I thought I could print the one that used to link to the vouchers for printing.

Man, that doesn't sound good. The only thing I might recommend is trying to call customer service and see if they might have some direct phone number to someone in the dept overseeing GAD.

Hoping you get a good sprinkling of pixie-dust on this one.... you deserve it ;)
