GAC Where to get at MK?

We leave in three days and I am going to get a GAC for my nephew when we arrive at MK on Sunday. I am planning on going to City Hall to get it, is that right? Or am I supposed to go to Guest Relations outside of the park?

You can get it at either location, City Hall or the outside Window.

And just to be clear - your nephew will need to be with you to request a GAC. You can't get one without him.
