Without getting into details, my son is eligible for a GAC. There is no wheelchair involved. It has more to do with crowding and some other factors.

How will this translate to the water parks? We've never been before. We have stuck to the 4 theme parks in the past and just have no clue about the water attractions. In the theme parks, most often we end up entering through the HC or FP entrance. Are there even FP's at the water parks???

Has anyone experienced these?

There are no fastpass or alternate entrances to any of the attractions in the water parks. This month, for example, we open at 9:00 (EMH seven days a week at 8:00) and close at 6:00 (7:00 starting the 25th).

From about 10:30 until about 2:00 we will be fairly crowded. Arrival early or laste will cut down on crowd size.

(I work part time at TL)

We go to the waterparks when they first open in the morning. Don't worry the water will be plenty warm. There is hardly anyone there the first couple of hours and you will get to ride LOTS of slides and things with virtually no wait.

You can find nice chairs in the shade all over the waterparks and go back to take a break if things get too crowded. We usually leave around 2pm when we feel like it's getting a little too crowded for us.

The same GAC (Guest Assistance Card) that you get in one theme park will be used at all the theme parks, but if you need a GAC at the water parks, you will need to stop at Guest Services in the water park and explain your child's needs. They can give you information about the individual rides so that you can decide which will be appropriate for your group.
