Ok, I know this answer is probably out there somewhere, but I'm going to rely on my fellow DISers to give the quick answer.
I know there is a policy that allows only 3oz. of fluid to be taken on carry-on; but my daughter is fed through a g-tube and she takes an 8oz bottle of Ensure plus some free water. What do I need to do to get through security with her Ensure (at least 2 bottles, to be on the safe side plus bottled water)? Anyone done it already?

I can't post a link easily right now because I'm posting from my wi-fi iPod, but someone with medical need for fluid won't have a problem.
If you go to the TSA site at www.tsa.gov look for information for travel with disabilities. The easiest way to find it is to use the search box near the top of the page. Type in 'medication' and you will get links to the information.
You will find information there about travel with more than 3 ounces. Basically, you have to declare it.
