Howdy all,

My DS 7 is almost completely tube-fed, with some exceptions of juice from a sippy cup, apple sauce and a few other things that he can handle.

I would assume that he would not be exempted from the DDP (right?), so that would probably not be a good deal for us.

We would like to do more character meals this year. We had a VERY special moment at Ohana with Mickey, who almost seemed to pray for my son (who was sleeping, of course :rotfl2: ).

I had to explain to the server that my son didn't eat anything and she removed the charges from our bill for him. It wasn't a big deal. I was just curious if we should expect to explain this at each character meal\buffet? It's not the end of the world and certainly have dealt with bigger issues. Maybe we should mention something when we are seated?

Thanks,

Actually I know this has been discussed before here. You can just make your reservation without your child on it then add him once at the resort and purchase his MYW pass separately once you've arrived...that way he's not paying for dining which he won't be using. Others, such as myself, have just let other family members use my "options" to go to the places needing two table service choices. Since this is a child though I don't think an adult can use his choices so leaving him off the initial ressie would be best. ---Kathy
