G-Flo Direct Price??

$230 per point, no incentives, IF you can get a contract issued. Most guides say it is sold out. You can try to go on a waitlist.

Before it was pulled from the list of available resorts VGF was $230/pt, but that was last October. Since then I've checked every few months with our Guide and it has not been available nor was a wait list an option. Eventually I'd expect it back, but as of a few weeks ago, per my Guide, still nothing being shared on when that might be.

I think it is very, very unlikely VGF will be offered for $230 when it is put back on sale. I would expect it to join BLT at $275.
I wonder how long before VGF is sold direct?
I also think it will be around the same price as BLT/BCV, but below VGC.

It’s bizarre to me that it’s not already. They should already be getting their first wave of non-payment of dues/loans foreclosures from VGF2.
I also think it is odd that VGF is taken off the add on tool with no waitlist?
VGC stays on the add on tool with a waitlist.
VGF appears to be the only resort not on the add on tool now?!?

My Guide said the same, though it is odd they were still sporadically selling it direct in the spring if you check the Orange County Comptroller deeds.

They sold very few points at $230 if you check the recorder's site. I'm sure there is some pent up demand, but hard to picture a jump from slightly over priced at $230 (based on low activity) to $275... I would do a small add on at a reasonable price but not sure $275 is that number lol.

I don’t think they can have VGF less expensive than BLT….

I too check every so often, we tried to get a few more points at the last minute and missed it... I would prefer to have a few more direct points, but would likely end up going resale if things don't change in time for us to book our 2026 trip...

Same here for a 2025 trip. Direct (a tiny add on) is just not the big goal it once was, too many other expenses have risen for that price spread to be ignored.

VGF was rarely available direct after it sold out the first time, at times you could get on a wait list, most times you could not. I rather expected that to change with the addition of all of the new points from VGF2/BLT, it appears that hasn’t happened.

When they acquire contracts through bankruptcy or non-payment of MF, they resell the points. I've even heard of people once in a blue moon being able to buy VGC direct.
