I don't know if anyone else has tried but I am unable to get onto online booking when using Safari on my Mac Mini. Strangely enough, I have no problem getting into online booking on my iMac. I can also get on using internet explorer pn my PC's, Safari on my iPads and iPhones... so if you can't get on on one computer you might try somewhere else. :confused3

Crazy! You might be on to something. I just tried your advice and I have the link on my PC but not on my iMac (which is what I've been trying with all morning). I wonder if it has something to do with the cookies.

FYI, I was able to get the link using Google Chrome on my PC, running Vista but not on my iMac using Safari.

update to my mac mini problem... Seems as though their system is randomly throwing out cookies enabling or disabling the ability to online book or they are reading some obscure information from your browser. I was able to get onto online booking via my mac mini if I went and turned on "Private Browsing" in safari. As soon as I turned off "Private" the online booking link went away. :confused3

I am able to book online and I have a macbook pro and am using safari.

not able to get the link on laptop with IE, but able to get it on my Nook Color.

I was able to get in on my PC running Vista/ IE 8, but not my laptop, running Win 7/ IE 9.

Update: I turned on 'In Private browsing & can get in on my laptop

Thanks so much! I figured I was just one of the unlucky ones who would have to wait for online access. I hadn't been able to get in on my Mac all morning, but I checked on my PC and was able to get in. So I tried clearing cookies and turning on "Private Browsing" in Safari and now I'm in on the Mac too!

Hi, I had to call MS this morning because I could not get into the DVC Member site for the past two days. The CM had me bring up INTERNET EXPLORER on my computer and I got in thru that. The CM said to me that their site works best with INTERNET EXPLORER ?? :confused3 Not sure how TRUE this is as I had always been able to LOG on before with no problems. Joan

I tried accessing the site this morning from my iPad. It showed no ability to book. When I found this thread, I tried a different browser and it was there. Interesting.

I'm an associate member and if I use my logon, I get a server error when I try to access the on-line reservation system.

If I use my partners logon (he's the member), I can access the reservation system with no problem.

I was not able to get in at first using Firefox and my macbook. I tried an hour or so later, again using Firefox and my macbook and can now get in with no problems.
